1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not support shipping to any countries or regions outside the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be processed.
2. Shipping Carriers
We cooperate with multiple international logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of orders.
Shipping carriers may include, but are not limited to: FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.
The specific carrier used will be determined based on factors such as destination, package weight, and operational arrangements.
3. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value of AUD 79.99 or above (including AUD 79.99) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below AUD 79.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.99.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order processing includes order confirmation, product preparation, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.
5. Cut-off Time (Business Day Rule)
The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Australian Eastern Time, AEST/AEDT) on business days only.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
You may also track your order through the “Order Tracking” link located in the footer of our website.
8. Taxes and Duties
All product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes, duties, and related fees.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional taxes or customs charges upon delivery.
