Customers may request a return or exchange within 35 days from the date the product is received.
Requests submitted after the 35-day period will not be accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Return Conditions
Products requested for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition;
All original packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned;
The product must remain suitable for resale.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request.
