Order Cancellation Policy

 

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order meets the above conditions, we will cancel the order upon confirmation and issue a refund to the original payment method.

2. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

The order was placed more than 24 hours ago;
The order has entered the shipping process or has already been shipped;
Shipping information has been generated and the order has been handed over to the carrier.

In these cases, the order cannot be cancelled or intercepted.

3. Shipped Orders

If an order has already been shipped or cannot be cancelled, customers may apply for a return or exchange after receiving the item, in accordance with our current Return and Exchange Policy.

4. Refund Information

For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
The time required for the refund to be completed depends on the processing time of the payment service provider.
